With a preface. The music was dedicated to Nikolai Medtner. This work was premiered in 1926, but was revised extensively before its first publication two years later. Several more revisions took place by 1944. This edition combines an early printing of the two piano reduction with Rachmaninov's manuscript material which he used in the premiere performances. Two copies are needed for performance. Custom print edition.
