In one movement. Commissioned by the Michael and Sonja Koerner Distinguished Visiting Composer at the University of Toronto fund. Premiered in Toronto, March 2010. Scored for flute (piccolo), oboe (wood block), clarinet, bassoon (contrabassoon, vibraphone), piano (tam-tam), percussion, two violins, viola, and cello. Duration ca. 7 minutes. Special print edition.
