In one movement. With a program note. Dedicated to Silvia Pizzuti. The music fits the positions, movements, terminology and spirit of the Yang Long form of Tai Chi. The composer also created a short animated film with the same name. Both the music and film were inspired by a Tai-Chi class led by Silvia Pizzuti. Duration ca. 6 minutes.
