This movement was adapted from the second movement of McTee's Symphony No. 1, itself based on her Agnus Dei for organ. Premiered by the Adkins String Quartet in Denton, TX, March 2004. With a program note. A part is included for an optional second cello in lieu of viola. Duration ca. 12 min.
