Gestus : For Solo Cello.

In a brief note, the composer explains that a gestus is a bodily pose which speaks, and tells a whole story in a brief moment. Commissioned for Sarah Shifferd by Patricia and Kent Shifferd. A floating and serene piece with simple rhythms and some use of harmonics.
